  • Padwork is one of the most popular and exciting ways to train boxing and kickboxing. These classes, led by members and coaches of our fight team, are designed to develop your hand-eye coordination, reflexes, and combative flow. Learning how to utilize and engage in proper padwork can make your training more enjoyable and efficient, regardless of your skill and experience levels.

  • Sparring may be one of the most important tools in striking development. Consider it a test of your skills and your grit. Important for all individuals looking to improve. The best way to know how proficient you are with what you have been training (and to know where your weaknesses are) is to put a mouthpiece on and challenge yourself in a controlled and safe sparring environment. Lots of fun!

  • Boxing and kickboxing isn’t just for adults! Our kids striking program (ages 5-11) is designed to introduce the basic fundamentals of striking to our younger athletes in a safe, effective, and fun environment. This program introduces the basics of technique, as well as providing an environment where confidence, structure, discipline, and teamwork can blossom. We are especially proud of this program here at Fortify Fight Club.

  • Wrestling is a great foundation for combat sports and an even better foundation when it is started early! Kids ages 5-11 will work hard to develop basic wrestling techniques and fundamentals, all while promoting a sense of confidence and self-control.
