WRESTLING
IN SUN CITY, ARIZONA
Wrestling develops the ability to control where an exchange takes place, create pressure, recover from bad positions, and make decisions quickly against a resisting opponent.
At Fortify, students train takedowns, entries, finishes, sprawls, escapes, rides, scrambling, and positional control through technical instruction, partner drilling, and live wrestling.
Our goal is not simply to teach isolated techniques. Students learn how to connect positions, react under pressure, and develop a style that works in wrestling itself as well as in BJJ and MMA.
Whether your goal is competition, improving your grappling, cross-training for MMA or BJJ, or simply becoming a stronger wrestler, there is room to develop here.TAKEDOWNS. CONTROL. SCRAMBLES. PRESSURE.
TECHNICAL TRAINING WITH REAL LIVE APPLICATION
Takedowns + Entries
Develop strong setups, penetration steps, finishes, defensive reactions, and the ability to create clean takedown opportunities.
Scrambling + Control
Learn to stay composed through transitions, win unstable positions, maintain pressure, and establish control after the takedown.
Live Wrestling
Build timing, conditioning, and decision-making through situational rounds and live wrestling against resisting partners.
Built for Combat Sports
Wrestling integrates naturally with Fortify’s BJJ and MMA programs, giving athletes more opportunities to apply takedowns, pressure, and control throughout the week.

WHY FORTIFY FIGHT CLUB?
Fortify offers dedicated wrestling training inside a full combat-sports environment.
Students can develop wrestling as its own skill while also applying those techniques throughout our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA programs.
Our coaches emphasize technical development, live application, problem-solving, and building athletes who understand why techniques work rather than simply memorizing movements.
Whether you’re a young athlete building a foundation, a former wrestler returning to the mats, a BJJ student improving your takedowns, or an MMA athlete developing control, Fortify gives you room to grow.
