KICKBOXING
IN SUN CITY, ARIZONA
Kickboxing combines punches, kicks, knees, movement, defense, timing, and conditioning into one complete striking system.
At Fortify, our program draws from Dutch Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and Karate to develop athletes who can move intelligently, build combinations, defend responsibly, and apply their striking against real resistance.
Classes combine technical instruction, partner drills, padwork, conditioning, and live training. Students learn not only individual techniques, but how to connect those skills together under pressure.
Our system has been tested repeatedly in competition, producing champions and title contenders across multiple promotions while remaining accessible to students who simply want to become better strikers.

FRIDAYFortify combines technical kickboxing with a competition program that has repeatedly produced champions and top contenders.
Students train in an environment where beginners, recreational athletes, and serious competitors can develop alongside one another without being forced onto the same path.
Our kickboxers also have access to dedicated boxing, wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and MMA programs, giving athletes the opportunity to become more complete martial artists while maintaining kickboxing as a serious standalone discipline.
Coaches know their athletes personally, answer questions, problem-solve with them, and take an active interest in helping each student reach their individual goals.
Whether you want to compete, improve your fitness, learn to strike, or simply see how far you can take your skills, Fortify gives you room to grow.
