BOXING
IN SUN CITY, ARIZONA
Boxing is more than learning how to throw punches. It is the development of timing, distance, movement, defense, composure, and the ability to make good decisions under pressure.
At Fortify, students build strong fundamentals in stance, footwork, defense, combinations, counterpunching, ring positioning, and tactical awareness through technical instruction, partner drills, padwork, bag work, and live training.
Our boxing program has developed athletes from their first day in the gym through amateur competition, while continuing to serve students who simply want to learn the sport, improve their fitness, or challenge themselves.
Whether your goal is competition, skill development, conditioning, or simply learning how to box correctly, Fortify gives you a place to grow.TECHNICAL BOXING FOR BEGINNERS THROUGH ACTIVE FIGHTERS

SATURDAYBoxing is the program Fortify Fight Club was built on.
It has been at the center of the gym from the beginning, producing more competitors than any other Fortify program and shaping the coaching culture that still defines the gym today.
Our coaches work closely with students at every level, from people learning how to throw their first jab to athletes preparing for competition. We emphasize technical development, intelligent training, hard work, and building fighters who understand what they are doing rather than simply going through rounds.
Fortify also gives boxers access to kickboxing, wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and MMA, allowing athletes to broaden their skill set while still developing deeply within boxing.
Whether you want to compete, learn the sport, improve your fitness, or simply become a better boxer, Fortify gives you room to grow.
