Our Peoria Roots: From a Small Boxing Gym to a Growing Martial Arts Community

Fortify Fight Club's story began in 2020, in a small, 1,100-square-foot boxing gym near the northeast corner of Lake Pleasant Parkway and Beardsley Road in Peoria, Arizona.

What started as a dedicated boxing gym gradually developed into something much bigger.

For three years, our original Peoria location served as the foundation for a growing martial arts community. As our programs expanded and more students joined us, we found ourselves needing more room to grow.

In late 2023, Fortify relocated just minutes away into a larger facility in Sun City, expanding to more than 2,600 square feet of training space.

Today, Fortify offers boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, kickboxing, mixed martial arts, and youth wrestling under one roof. We've grown beyond our original boxing-only beginnings, welcoming students of different ages, backgrounds, and experience levels.

And we're still growing.

Although our facility has moved, Peoria remains an important part of our identity. It's where Fortify began, where our community first took shape, and where many of our students still call home.

Our gym is located on the NW corner of Bell Road and 99th Avenue, only a few minutes from our original Peoria location.

We welcome students from throughout Peoria, including areas around Lake Pleasant Parkway, Beardsley Road, North Peoria, and nearby West Valley communities.
