MMA
IN SUN CITY, ARIZONA
Mixed martial arts brings striking, wrestling, and grappling together into one complete fighting system.
At Fortify, our MMA training focuses heavily on applying those skills under pressure. Students work through live drills, positional rounds, transitions between striking and grappling, takedown entries, control, escapes, and MMA sparring in a structured training environment.
Technical instruction is still part of the program, but much of the development comes from learning how to make decisions against real resistance and connect the different ranges of combat together.
Whether you’re cross-training from another discipline, developing toward competition, or looking to become a more complete martial artist, our MMA room is built around practical application.

Boxing
Kickboxing
Wrestling
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Open Mat / live grappling
Our MMA program is supported by dedicated classes in every major combat-sports discipline, giving athletes the ability to build striking, wrestling, and grappling separately, then bring those skills together during MMA training.
WHY FORTIFY FIGHT CLUB?
Fortify combines live MMA training with dedicated programs in boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Our athletes can develop each major area of fighting throughout the week, then bring those skills together through MMA sparring, situational rounds, and live transition work.
We also place a strong emphasis on the training environment. Our coaches know their athletes, answer questions, problem-solve with them, and help them develop toward their individual goals, whether that means competition, cross-training, or simply becoming a more complete martial artist.
If you want to learn how striking, wrestling, and grappling actually connect under pressure, Fortify gives you a place to put the whole game together.
